# Getting Started

> Get started with creating and managing your user accout

### 2.1 User Access

Crowdsource Creators CRM is easily accessible through any modern web browser. Follow these simple steps to log in:

1. Open your preferred web browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge).
2. Enter the Crowdsource Creators CRM URL in the address bar.
3. You will be directed to the login page.
4. Input your username and password.
5. Click the "Login" button.

Note: If you don't have an account, follow the registration process outlined in Section 2.2.

### 2.2 Registration

New users can register for a Crowdsource Creators CRM account by following these steps:

1. Reach out to Crowdsource Creators at [support@crowdsourcecreators.com](mailto:support@crowdsourcecreators.com), requesting an invitation to the CRM.
2. A link will be sent to invite you to the CRM after your identity has been confirmed.
3. Once verified, log in using your newly created credentials.

### 2.3 Roles and Permissions

Crowdsource Creators CRM supports different user roles, each with specific permissions. Understanding these roles ensures that users have the appropriate access levels. Common roles include:

* Administrator: Full access to all features and settings.
* User: Access to leads, opportunities, sales-related features, marketing tools and analytics, and customer support features.

Note: Administrators can manage roles and permissions in the system settings.
